Roberto is the founder of Bolle. His search for a satisfying non-alcoholic wine ended in disappointment, as he found nothing that really captured the essence of wine. He then decided to create his own products. The two sparkling wines are just the beginning of his journey. We are happy to have these two extraordinary sparkling wines in our shop  to be able to offer.

DESCRIPTION
The BLANC DE BLANCS has an expressive bouquet of apple, pear and citrus notes and a hint of roasted notes. Dry, fresh taste with a rich finish that shows a hint of minerality.
