PREPARATION
1) Cook 4 Brussels sprouts, salt, pepper and
season with nutmeg
2) Fry the duck breast on both sides and then finish cooking in the oven at 100° C
3) Halve the remaining Brussels sprouts and fry in the pan
4) Boil the orange juice together with sugar, spices and cloves
and thicken with some cornstarch
