COPENHAGEN SPARKLING TEA BLÅ ALCOHOL-FREE

The Sparkling Tea category was created in 2010 by award-winning sommelier Jacob Kocemba during his time at a Michelin-starred restaurant in Copenhagen. The new drink became a huge hit with the restaurant's guests. To realize the dream of making Sparkling Tea a new beverage category, Jacob joined forces with Bo Sten Hansen in 2017.

DESCRIPTION
Delicate aromas of jasmine, chamomile and a hint of citrus. A round taste follows, which comes from the careful selection of white teas and is accompanied by a good complexity of green teas. It ends in a long finish, which comes from the Darjeeling First Flush. The color is light green with yellow nuances.
