BIBO RUNGE promises an intense flavor experience, and they take their time to ensure this: All grapes are hand-picked from old vineyards around the town of Hallgarten in the Rheingau region. After a lengthy flavor extraction process, the grapes are gently pressed and aged naturally in oak barrels. This results in vegan wines that have been given the time to develop naturally.

DESCRIPTION
Hand-picked, gently pressed with a French basket press, and aged in large wooden barrels. A Riesling from Hallgarten vineyards that escapes alcohol while simultaneously reflecting the Rheingau region. Mineral in aroma and taut in flavor, with a delicate creaminess from the wood aging.
