BIBO RUNGE promises an intense taste experience and they take their time to achieve this: All grapes are hand-picked from old vineyards around the town of Hallgarten in the Rheingau. After a long period of flavor extraction, the grapes are gently pressed and left to mature naturally in oak barrels. This results in vegan wines that have been given time to develop themselves.
