COPENHAGEN SPARKLING TEA LYSEGRØN ALCOHOL FREE

The Sparkling Tea category was created in 2010 by award-winning sommelier Jacob Kocemba during his time at a Michelin-starred restaurant in Copenhagen. The new drink became a huge hit with the restaurant's guests. To realize the dream of making Sparkling Tea a new beverage category, Jacob joined forces with Bo Sten Hansen in 2017.

DESCRIPTION
The taste is lively and elegant with notes of citrus, lemongrass, Earl Grey, sencha and orange peel. It is remarkably complex and has a long-lasting hint of Darjeeling and green apples on the finish.
