The focus is on the Loire's favorite grape: Sauvignon Blanc! Another ambitious project for DIVIN, requiring both technique and creativity. The blend of traditional winemaking techniques and modern dealcoholization methods makes DIVIN wines so special.  

DESCRIPTION

A delicate yet expressive aromatic profile that highlights the classic notes of Loire Valley Pinot Noir—red fruits such as currant, strawberry, cherry, and blackcurrant—complemented by fresher hints of mint and tomato leaf. The bouquet is enriched by subtle caramel and vanilla notes. These aromas continue on the palate, where the wine displays a medium structure, refreshing acidity, and lively yet well-integrated tannins.
