The Thanisch family's winemaking tradition can be traced back over 375 years. At the beginning of the 19th century, the Thanisch family acquired the highly respected "Bernkasteler Doctor". After the early death of Dr. Hugo Thanisch, his wife inherited the winery at just 28 years of age, which has since been called "Weingut Witwe Dr. H. Thanisch". Girl power is the order of the day here and the first dealcoholized wine meets the winery's high quality standards.

DESCRIPTION
Intense yellow fruit and spicy notes of slate. Crisp and fresh on the palate, with good balance.
