The Sparkling Tea category was created in 2010 by award-winning sommelier Jacob Kocemba during his time at a Michelin-starred restaurant in Copenhagen. The new drink became a huge hit with the restaurant's guests. To realize the dream of making Sparkling Tea a new beverage category, Jacob joined forces with Bo Sten Hansen in 2017.
DESCRIPTION
Intense aromas of red berries and red apples. This is followed by a complex and pleasantly dry taste, thanks to the oolong tea, combined with a hint of blackberries and hibiscus. The taste is balanced by the mild white tea Silver Needle and rounded off with slightly bitter fruit notes.
