The Volée is a non-alcoholic aperitif in the style of a French wine aperitif and is created by Volée GmbH, based in Berlin. This is how it came about: A warm summer evening in 1972 on the southern French coast. Uncle Jean and Aunt Amandine follow their good friend and secret host - Gustave the Peacock - through their lush artist's garden "Jardin du Paradis".
Between ripe grapefruits, juicy peaches and the warm scent of elderflowers, they discovered a mysterious, previously unknown plant. The perfect refreshing summer aperitif was born.
Almost 50 years later, they are now sharing their secret family recipe with us. And in true French style: Avec Plaisir!

DESCRIPTION
In the production of the non-alcoholic aperitif, hand-picked, unfermented Chardonnay grapes are processed into a juice and mixed with macerates from grapefruit, bitter orange, damiana, elderflower, verjuice and mountain peaches. The result is a juicy, fruity aperitif with an elegant interplay of sweet and tart fruit notes.
