DESCRIPTION
ISH London Botanical Spirit uses sun-dried juniper berries from southern Europe, coriander seeds mainly from Provence, peppercorns, bitter oranges and a unique distillate from the shells of chilli seeds to create the pleasant spiciness. All this together creates the familiar experience without the alcohol.  

The London Botanical Spirit is made by carefully distilling, steaming and extracting our botanicals to recreate the familiar flavours of a classic gin. To add the warming sensation we know and love from alcohol, the molecules are extracted from the shells of the chilli seeds.
