The mission is to create exquisite non-alcoholic wines. Influenced by traditional craftsmanship, they have created a new taste experience with their innovative finishing technique.

DESCRIPTION
We present our sparkling, fresh Cuvée Blanc No.01 - a harmonious interplay between the yellow fruit of pear and mirabelle, rounded off with a hint of typical brioche notes. The elegant acidity is balanced by a delicately creamy, finely sparkling texture.
