The history of winemaking by the Leitz family from Rüdesheim goes back to 1744. At Leitz, the path of the alcohol-free line begins in the vineyard, with healthy grapes that were produced according to the most modern winemaking standards. By using an extremely modern vacuum evaporator, we are able to dealcoholize the base wines of the EINS-ZWEI-ZERO family in a very sustainable way and at the same time preserve a large part of the aroma - which is so important for a wine alternative.

DESCRIPTION
The EINS-ZWEI-ZERO Riesling is very fresh and shows typical hints of lime and citrus fruits on the nose; surprising notes of rhubarb and red apples, as well as a very refreshing mineral component.
