The Leitz family's winemaking history from Rüdesheim dates back to 1744. At Leitz, the journey to the alcohol-free line begins in the vineyard, with healthy grapes produced and harvested according to the most modern viticultural standards. The musts were carefully pressed and allowed to become wine gently. By using a state-of-the-art vacuum evaporator, we are able to dealcoholize the base wines of the EINS-ZWEI-ZERO family very sustainably while simultaneously preserving a large portion of the aromatics—so important for a wine alternative.
