The history of winemaking by the Leitz family from Rüdesheim goes back to 1744. At Leitz, the path of the alcohol-free line begins in the vineyard, with healthy harvests and grapes that were produced and harvested according to the most modern winemaking standards. The musts were carefully pressed and were gently turned into wine. By using an extremely modern vacuum evaporator, we are able to dealcoholize the base wines of the EINS-ZWEI-ZERO family in a very sustainable way and at the same time preserve a large part of the aroma - which is so important for a wine alternative.

DESCRIPTION
The Leitz EINS-ZWEI-ZERO ROSÉ offers the original character of a rosé wine, with notes of strawberries, raspberries and citrus fruits: light hints of fresh grapefruit and an underlying mineral base. The finish is dry and relatively long.
