The Leitz family's winemaking history from Rüdesheim dates back to 1744. At Leitz, the journey to the alcohol-free line begins in the vineyard, with healthy grapes produced according to the most modern viticultural standards. By using a state-of-the-art vacuum evaporator, we are able to dealcoholize the base wines of the EINS-ZWEI-ZERO family very sustainably while simultaneously preserving much of the aromatics that are so important for a wine alternative.
