The history of winemaking by the Leitz family from Rüdesheim goes back to 1744. At Leitz, the path of the alcohol-free line begins in the vineyard, with healthy grapes that were produced according to the most modern winemaking standards. By using an extremely modern vacuum evaporator, we are able to dealcoholize the base wines of the EINS-ZWEI-ZERO family very sustainably and at the same time preserve a large part of the aroma that is so important for a wine alternative.

DESCRIPTION
In addition to the notes of rosehip and raspberry already present in the rosé, the sparkling rosé variation is able to convey freshness and a pleasant tingling sensation and thus offers drinking pleasure par excellence.
