MANUFAKTUR JÖRG GEIGER CHAMPAGNE BRATBIRNE

Mature vintages of the Champagne Roast Pear fruit variety are uncorked after bottle fermentation and maturation for at least three years on the yeast storage and the alcohol is gently removed. Rounded off with the juice of the Champagne Roast Pear fruit variety, subtly refined with select spices, herbs and flowers. Fine brioche notes characterize the basic structure. The taste is multi-layered and complex.

Attractive aroma of green fruits, herbs and white flowers, juicy and round in taste.

MANUFACTORY JÖRG GEIGER ROSE MAGIC

Boskoop apple and the scent of roses provide an intense aroma. The chocolate mint brings freshness and balance to the nose. The delicate berries blend in and bring the strong rosé. The rose petals come from the Sonnenhof in Bad Boll, and organic rose water is also used to balance it out.
